Legendary Voices. An Iconic Legacy. A New Chapter.

Few groups in music history can claim a legacy as instantly recognizable as The Weather Girls.

With powerhouse voices, unforgettable personalities and an unmistakable presence, The Weather Girls became an international phenomenon and created one of the most enduring anthems in popular music history: “It’s Raining Men.”

Originally brought to worldwide attention by Martha Wash and Izora Armstead, The Weather Girls broke through barriers with a combination of extraordinary vocal ability, humor, glamour and larger-than-life stage presence. “It’s Raining Men” became much more than a hit record—it became a cultural landmark.

A LEGACY THAT KEEPS MAKING NEW MUSIC

The Weather Girls story continues with new music for a new generation. Dynelle Rhodes has carried the unmistakable energy and spirit of The Weather Girls into contemporary releases, including “Spell On Me” and “Supa Luv.”  The new material reflects where The Weather Girls are today—rooted in the soulful, feel-good energy that audiences have always associated with the group while bringing that sound into a fresh, contemporary setting.  “Spell On Me” showcases a modern side of The Weather Girls, combining Dynelle’s commanding vocal presence with the infectious energy and personality that have always been central to the brand.
