Dance duo KOLIDESCOPES team up with Jasmine Thompson for Foundations

KOLIDESCOPES are Australia’s Johnny Castro and the UK’s Dan Dare. Released last year, their single All My Love proved an international hit, sitting pretty in the top 10 Upfront Club Charts, peaking at #6.

Before forming KOLIDESCOPES with Dan, Johnny was one half of electro pop duo Parachute Youth whose platinum-selling Can’t Get Better Than This reached the #1 spot in nine countries worldwide.

Dan’s entry into the industry was as a member of grime’s Gritty Committee before adopting the SLANG moniker under which he produced Bright Lights, a collab between Wiley, Giggs and Juelz Santana. More recently under the name Dan Dare, he’s produced hits for the likes of Charli XCX, Marina & The Diamonds and WSTRN.

Jasmine Thompson is a singer songwriter signed to Atlantic Records with millions of monthly listeners and YouTube subscribers, half a million Instagram followers and fast approaching 1 billion streams to her name.

Following the release of four other KOLIDESCOPES singles earlier this year – a collection of melodic, intricately textured anthems – Foundations is an uplifting song with an infectious chorus with a message of love and speaks of all the good things/times that shaped us as people; our up-bringing, love, friends and experiences.

There will be a full video released on 9th August to accompany Foundations followed by a Michael Calfan remix on 6th September.
