M-22 x Kiara Nelson
Made up of production and DJ duo Matt James and Frank Sanders, M-22 are regarded as one of the most forward-thinking electronic music acts of recent times. With an interesting blend of Manchester and German roots, their background influences their musical flair. The pair first met on March 22nd - hence the creation of the M-22 name.
Their previous releases have gained titles such as UK Dance Chart Number #3 with “First Time” featuring Medina which also landed a place in the Top 20 of the UK Official Charts. It also landed a spot in US Dance charts at #6, which highlights their international appeal. Their most recent record “White Lies” has also earned Record Of The Week and had 8 plays on Radio One in just a week since this.
They return with a new classic, bouncy track titled “After Hours” that lands itself in the realm of house and is also made up of upbeat melodies accompanying throughout. Featuring distinct vocals from pop singer Kiara Nelson running intermittently. A diverse type of record that would work both on the radio or on the dance floor.
Their diversity and creative streak are undeniable as they have created remixes for the likes of Clean Bandit, Rudimental, Sigma, and Avicii. They have the potential and dynamic edge to create incredible live shows and performances outside of the studio having also played in super clubs and festivals across Europe.
With a string of successful releases under their belt, “After Hours” is set for release on the 17th May.
