From a brand new UK label, Helicopta, comes the supremely talented singer-songwriter-producer Jasmin Kora, who is set to make her mark urban-wise in 2012.

Hailing from Birmingham, 21 year old Jasmin got into her music in her early teens and was constantly creating raps and flows to entertain her mates and challenge her own creativity.

She studied music technology in Bromsgrove for two years and aged 18 she was signed up by the mad hat production company/label.

She has been in development for over two years working on material for her first album and has written over 50 songs, enough for several. She writes her life experiences of which there are many and varied with an original style and a unique turn of phrase.

Jasmin is a very determined modern street poet…which you can hear in spades in this first street cut, the red-hot Electrifying.

Listen to the track on Jasmin’s website here:

features a rap from M-Tidda, and was produced with urban dancefloors firmly in mind. Killer mixes from Graffito (dubstep), and Drox (dancehall) are hitting the clubs right now…

Watch out for more music from Jasmin in the New Year …. but in the meantime, connect with her here!
