Hailing straight out of London, Jamblin is a reggae band consisting of 7 members all influenced by the love of roots and dub music, the aim was initially to have fun and jam on weekly nights.
Love turning to passion saw the birth of Jamblin and the beginning of a new era with Jao Jesus as main vocals, the inspiration was always set to follow a fusion of reggae, dub, roots and ska with a little twist here and there combining today's contemporary sounds.

Having written and produced a number of track towards an album set for release later in the year Jamblin sought to master their already well produced and finished tracks, thus been the meeting point for Ripper.
It was whilst attending a mastering session at The Cutting Suite that Jao Jesus eavesdropped on a session that created a question and answer session with in house engineer Barry Shaw.

A few coffees and handshakes later Jao Jesus was now collaborating with Ripper.

The track came about from sheer inspiration, Ripper loved it and suggested a cover, "I love Bob Marley period, it just clicked and worked. I have been singing Bob Marley songs since the age of 5", so being asked to do it was like a blessing, the rest was history. The boys took the track away from a basic backing track that i was given and sprinkled the magic on it !

Ripper having worked with a number of artist as well as remixing some of the big names of the moment, Usher OMG,
Gracious K Migraine Skank, Livvi Franc, Ciara, Lemar and Zarif set the bar at a high standard.

With summer here and everyone in a jovial mood the setting is perfect for a track that brings the old and new together as well keeping the love of Bob Marley on the horizon, this is one that I am sure Bob would smile at.

With remixes by new boys on the block Jack's Back the single is pretty much in place for a dance anthem whether in a club or beach this will go down a treat as a main course or summer dessert !
