Jonasu Unleashes "My Love For You" on 3Beat Records

In a short period of time German multi-instrumentalist Jonasu’s joyful blend of house beats and an ear for an uplifting melody have established him as one of pop’s rising stars. His music career first started behind the scenes as a producer and songwriter building an impressive catalogue writing hit pop songs such as multi-platinum selling single ‘Post Malone’ by Sam Feldt and Alok & Dynoro ‘On & On.’ 

His debut single as a solo artist, a cover of Tove Lo’s ‘Habits (Stay High)’ featuring British singer Felix Samuel so far has accumulated over 8 million world wide streams with a feature premiere on Wonderland Magazine. Jonasu’s second and first original single ‘Black Magic,’ featuring ‘Post Malone’ vocalist RANI, cemented his mark in the industry as an artist to watch. The single has accumulated over 10 million world wide streams while playlisted on KISS FM, KISS Dance and Capital Dance with further support from BBC Radio 1 Dance Anthems and Party Anthems. The single also made its way up the Shazam Top 200 UK Chart, charted on Official Singles Chart Top 100 as well as The Official Dance Top 40 Singles Chart and The Official Trending Chart.

Jonasu’ new single ‘My Love For You,’ which is a deep house track, was inspired by his love for the American drama series Twin Peaks and composed live in the studio during a Snapchat takeover for MTV UK “Sometimes music just magically happens and ‘My Love For You’ is the perfect example for that.” says Jonasu, “Twin Peaks is one of my all time favourite TV shows, so everything just fell into place when MTV asked me to take over their Snapchat on the annual Twin Peaks day, February 24. I went to my studio and played some of the original score on my piano for the viewers. I am personally obsessed with Laura’s Theme and I thought “Alright, let's show people what I do all day and just fool around reworking Laura’s Theme in the style of my last release ‘Black Magic.’ What started as something fun quickly turned into a serious song. 3 hours and 38 snaps later, it was there: My Love For You.” ‘My Love For You’ is the latest single from Jonasu’s debut album set for release in October this year.
